Ceiling Repair

A Ceiling, Opened and Put Back

The same ceiling at three stages. Opened up to sound material, boarded and base coated, then finished so the repair sits with the original surface instead of standing out from it.

Ceiling opened up around a damaged area, exposing the lath and joists behind the plaster

Hand-applied in thin coats and burnished back. The depth comes from the layers, which is why it cannot be printed or rolled on.
